1. More Than Magic BT Speaker: Get Familiar with the Controls

Welcome to the More Than Magic Bluetooth Speaker Setup Guide

To get started, we first need to familiarize ourselves with the basic functions of the speaker:

The On/Off Switch is located on the bottom of the speaker like so:

2. More Than Magic BT Speaker: What do the Lights mean?

Next, we need to figure out how the speaker communicates to us when we're using it. This will help us be able to tell if anything went wrong during the setup process or during normal use:

Now that we know the basics of how to operate the speaker, let's get it paired!

3. More Than Magic BT Speaker: Bluetooth Pairing

The first thing we need to do before we even attempt pairing the speaker to anything is make sure it is charging.

The speaker will have just a bit of juice already so you can turn it on and get started but there's a solid chance it's not charged enough to pair with another device. Go ahead and connect the power cable before turning it on, it won't hurt anything.

Remember: if the speaker is chirping a lot that usually means it's about out of battery power and needs to be charged.

Next, we need to make sure the device we're pairing the speaker with is nearby and Bluetooth is enabled. Once you've done that, simply turn the More Than Magic Bluetooth Speaker on using the On/Off switch located on the bottom.

You should hear a single chime from the speaker which means it is looking for bluetooth devices to pair with. At this point, your device should show "More Than Magic 01" in its Bluetooth connections list. Tap it to pair, and the speaker should respond with an echoing chime indicating it is paired.

Now, play some music and test the connection!

4. More Than Magic BT Speaker: Basic Functions

Changing the Volume: Just press the left arrow with the little minus sign to lower the volume or the right arrow with the little plus sign to raise the volume

Skipping Tracks: HOLD the left arrow with the little minus sign to go back one track and HOLD the right arrow with the little plus sign to skip forward

Receiving Phone Calls: You can both answer and end a phone call by pressing the Play/Pause button located in the middle of the row of buttons

Changing the Lights: There's two ways to do it! You can tap the top of the speaker to cycle through all of the light modes (or just turn the light off) or you can use the light change button located just to the left of the volume down arrow. test all of the light modes and find out which one you like best!
