Have the guest press the power button. It is located towards the bottom of one of the headphones.

1. Have the guest press the pairing button on their headphones. It is located in the center of the Beats symbol on one of the headphones.

2. Go to Settings -> Bluetooth

3. Move the Bluetooth slider to On, if it's not on already.

4. Tap the Beats headphones in the list of available Bluetooth devices to connect.

9. Disposition

Disposition the Session

1. Ask the guest if they would like to participate in a survey for the service they received.

If the guest accepts, warm transfer them to 1-855-302-1599, enter the Session # from this Cloud session and then complete the transfer ensuring the guest hears the rest of the IVR prompts. Do not give the guest the aforementioned phone number. That number is only intended for us to transfer to.

2. Click "Session Info" at the top of the session window and update all of the applicable fields to the best of your ability.

3. Click Done in the left pane

4. Click Close at the top of this session window.

A. Resolved: All calls where a service or path to a resolution was provided.

B. Not Resolved: Dropped calls / Ghost Calls / Guest needs to call back

10. Beats Troubleshooting

If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product

Here's how to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection between your Beats product and your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or other device.

Check the location

Place your Beats product and your paired device within 30 feet of each other. Move both devices away from other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, wireless routers, and other electronics.

Check the sound settings

On your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and select your Beats.

On your Mac, choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, click Sound, then select your Beats product in the Output and Input panes.

On your PC, go to the sound settings and select your Beats as the playback/recording device.

Check the volume

  1. Make sure that both your Beats product and your Bluetooth device are charged and turned on.
  2. Play a track that you downloaded to your device, not streaming audio.
  3. Increase the volume on your Beats product and on the paired Bluetooth device.

Use Forget Device, then pair your Beats again

  1. Disconnect your Beats product.
    • On your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the Info button
    • next to the name of your Beats product, then tap Forget This Device.
    • On your Mac, choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, click Bluetooth, select your Beats product, click the X, then choose Forget Device.
  1. Pair your Beats product again.

Reset your Beats product, then pair them again

Reset your headphones, reset your earphones, or reset your speakers. Then pair your Beats product with your device again.
