1. BTV: What's in the Box

The item should have come with the following:

If the Guest would like to use HDMI ARC they will need to provide their own cable. Use that as a VIBE moment!

Here's how the remote functions:

2. BTV: Optical Setup

The product came with an optical cable the Guest can use - they plug one end into here (push firmly until it clicks):

The other end goes into a similar port on the TV - there will be a slight glow around the edges of the port and it will look something like this:

Better cables or a subwoofer with a 3.5mm connector would work for this


Make sure the guest has all the cables, cases, accessories, and necessary equipment to get the most out of their purchase!

4. Broken Product Escalation

5. BTV: HDMI

In order for this to work, the Guest's TV must have an HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC) port and they must have their own HDMI cable. The port looks like this:

Have the Guest simply connect an HDMI cable between the soundbar and the TV.

6. BTV: BT

Have the Guest press the Bluetooth button on the remote to put the soundbar into pairing mode:

Have the Guest go to their Bluetooth connections on the device they wish to connect and select the soundbar. Please note the manual does not specifically mention TVs though this should work. The soundbar can store up to 8 different device connections.
