This guide will help you link your C by GE Smart Switch with Google Home to be able to control it with only your voice by speaking to Google Assistant.
Under the 'Works with Google' header, tap Have something already set up?
Tap the Search icon, then type in C by GE.
Select C by GE from the search results.
You will be prompted to sign into your C by GE account. Upon doing so, Google Assistant will ask to be allowed to control your C by GE devices with your voice. Obviously, we want to allow this.
A list of the C by GE devices that are tied to your account will be displayed. Tap your C by GE switch in the list of available devices.
You will be prompted to associate a room with your switch. This is used to both differentiate and group devices together when issuing voice commands - for example, voice commands such as "Turn off the bedroom lights" or "Turn off the kitchen lights."
Once your switch has been assigned to a room, tap DONE.
Your switch has been successfully added to Google Home. You can now freely issue voice commands to it via the Google Assistant. Tap GOT IT to complete the process.
