2. Resolution
Factory Reset
Turn the smart button over and remove the back cover. Use a straightened paperclip to press the setup button on the back for 5 seconds. An LED on the front of the sensor will flash once to confirm factory reset.
Join the Zigbee Network
Turn the smart button over and remove the back cover. Use a straightened paperclip to press the setup button on the back for 5 seconds. An LED on the front of the sensor will flash once to confirm reset.
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
Press the button until the LED on the front of the button is flashing.
Leaving the Zigbee Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove.

Factory Reset
You must use a Hue Dimmer to factory reset a Hue bulb, light fixture or LED strip that is not attached to a Hue bridge.
Turn on the light on to be reset, ensuring other bulbs within a few inches are unscrewed or unplugged or they may be reset too.
Hold the remote within 4 inches of the light.
Press and hold the 1st (On / I in some countries) and the and 4th (Off / O in some countries) buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds, until the light starts flashing on and off.
When the light stops flashing, it will remain ON at full brightness, and the green LED on the remote will flash green, indicating the bulb has been factory reset.
Join the Zigbee Network
Using a Hue dimmer, factory reset the light as described above.
Disconnect the light from mains power.
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
Power on the light
Leaving the Zigbee Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove.
Using a Hue dimmer, factory reset the light as described above.
