2. Resolution

Factory Reset

1. Remove the battery cover and batteries.
2. Remove the interior escutcheon to access the reset button.
3. The reset button is located beside the PCB cable connector.
4. While pressing the reset button for a minimum of 3 seconds, reinstall the batteries.
5. Release the reset button and replace the battery cover. 
6. Upon reset, Master PIN Code creation is the only option available and must be performed prior to any other programming of the lock. 

Join the Zigbee Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
2. Enter the master pin code and then press the button with the Gear icon on it.
3. Press 7 on the keypad to enter network setup mode.
4. Press 1 to join the Zigbee network.

Leaving the Zigbee Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove.
2. Enter the master pin code and then press the button with the Gear icon on it.
3. Press 7 on the keypad to enter network setup mode.
4. Press 3 to leave the Zigbee network.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Enter the master pin code and then press the button with the Gear icon on it.
3. Press 7 on the keypad to enter network setup mode.
4. Press 1 to include the lock in the Z-Wave network.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Enter the master pin code and then press the button with the Gear icon on it.
3. Press 7 on the keypad to enter network setup mode.
4. Press 3 to exclude the lock from the Z-Wave network.
