Adjust Text Cursor

To tweak your overall display, go to Settings > Ease of Access

Return to the Ease of Access screen and select the setting for Text cursor. Turn on the option for Use text cursor indicator to help you better locate the cursor through an on-screen vertical indicator. Move the slider to the right or left to change the size of the text cursor indicator. The sample text shows you how the indicator will look as you alter its size. Next, you can change the color for the text cursor and increase or decrease its thickness.
