Checking your printed document history in Windows 10 allows you to see a list of recently printed documents. Here's how to do it:
Open the Start menu by clicking the Windows icon in the taskbar.
Type "Control Panel" and press "Enter" to open the Control Panel.
In the Control Panel, select "Hardware and Sound."
Under the "Devices and Printers" section, click on "View devices and printers."
You'll see a list of your installed printers. Find the printer for which you want to check the print history and right-click on it.
In the context menu, select "See what's printing." This will open the print queue for that printer.
In the print queue window, click on "Printer" in the top menu bar.
Select "Open All Printers." This will open a folder with the list of print jobs.
You can see a list of recently printed documents in the folder. Right-click on a print job and select "Properties" to view details about that specific print job, including the document name, time of printing, and more.
Press "Win + X" on your keyboard to open the Power User menu.
Select "Event Viewer" from the menu to open the Event Viewer window.
In the Event Viewer window, expand the "Applications and Services Logs" on the left sidebar.
Navigate to "Microsoft" and then "Windows."
Scroll down and select "PrintService."
In the right pane, you'll see a list of print job events.
You can view the details of each print job, including the document name and the time it was printed, by clicking on a specific event.
