5. Range Check
The device needs to be within a reasonable range in order to connect.
In general, to pair and use a Bluetooth device (like a speaker, headset or smartwatch), the device needs to be within 10 feet of your computer or other device.
Some medium and higher-power devices can be farther, up to about 30 feet, but this tends to be for larger devices that plug in or have very large batteries, such as another computer, media streaming device, or a plug-in speaker system.
Try moving the Bluetooth device closer if you have trouble.
6. Beats Troubleshooting
If you haven't already, please try the following steps:
Avoid wireless interference by keeping the device away from microwaves, wireless routers, cordless phones, other Bluetooth devices and other electronics.
Ensure both your Beats and your paired Bluetooth device are on and fully charged.
Try increasing the volume on both your Beats and your paired Bluetooth device.
Ensure that your Beats is selected as the playback/recording device on a PC or input/output device on a Mac.
If all else fails try repairing your Beats with your Bluetooth device again.

Once you see the device you want to pair the system with, select it then tap on Pair.
If asked to compare the passcode showing up on both devices, do so.
After the pairing was successful the device will show the Paired status under its name.
