How to Correct Temperature on an Ecobee Thermostat

If the temperature displayed on your Ecobee thermostat is incorrect, follow these steps to correct it:

  1. Check Sensor Placement:
    • Ensure the thermostat and any remote sensors are placed away from direct sunlight, drafts, and other heat sources.
  2. Recalibrate Temperature Sensors:
    • Go to the main menu on the thermostat.
