Creating a distribution list in Microsoft Outlook allows you to send emails to a group of contacts with a single click. Here's how to do it:

For Outlook 365 and Outlook 2019:

Launch Outlook on your computer.

Click on the "People" icon at the bottom of the navigation pane to open your Contacts.

In the "People" view, click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon at the top.

Click on "New Contact Group" to create a new distribution list.

A "Contact Group" window will open. Enter a name for your distribution list in the "Name" field.

To add members to the distribution list, click on the "Add Members" button and select "From Outlook Contacts," "From Address Book," or "New Email Contact."

Follow the prompts to add contacts to your distribution list. You can select contacts from your existing contacts, address book, or add new email addresses.

Click "Save & Close" when you've added all the members.

Your distribution list is now created and saved in your Contacts.

For Outlook 2016:

Open Outlook on your computer.

Click on the "File" tab in the top-left corner.

In the "Info" category, click on "Account Settings" and then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown.

In the "Account Settings" window, select your email account and click "Change."

In the "Change Account" window, click "More Settings."

Go to the "Advanced" tab.

Click on the "Add" button under the "Advanced" tab to create a new distribution list.

A "Distribution List" window will open. Enter a name for your distribution list in the "Name" field.

To add members to the distribution list, click on the "Add Members" button and select "From Outlook Contacts," "From Address Book," or "New Email Contact."

Follow the prompts to add contacts to your distribution list. You can select contacts from your existing contacts, address book, or add new email addresses.

Click "Save & Close" when you've added all the members.

Your distribution list is now created and saved in your Contacts.
