Before You Begin:

Resetting a C by GE Smart Light Switch to its factory default state will unpair all your C by GE devices paired with it. You will need to reset those devices too and add them back into the C by GE app.

2. Reset Smart Switch

1. Depending on which light switch you are using, you'll be working with the circular On/Off button, the toggle, or the paddle of your switch.
   

1. Press and hold your switch's button, toggle, or paddle for 10 seconds.
