You may wish to factory reset your device if you are giving it away or possibly during the course of troubleshooting a problem. We will guide you through the reset process.

2. Factory Reset

1. Press and hold the Menu button and the Power button together for 20 seconds.

2. The remote screen will turn off, then turn on again.
3. An image of a remote and a circular arrow will appear.
4. After a few seconds your remote will be restored to factory defaults and you may sync again.
