Factory Resetting a Mac Laptop or Desktop

Performing a factory reset on a Mac laptop or desktop can be useful when you want to restore the system to its original settings, erase all data, and start fresh. Follow these comprehensive steps to perform a factory reset on a Mac:

Before you begin to Factory Reset Your Mac Computer:

Backup: Back up all your important data before proceeding, as a factory reset will erase everything from your Mac.

Apple ID: Make sure you know your Apple ID and password, as you'll need it during the setup process.

Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the setup process.
