2. Factory Reset a Ring Video Doorbell Elite

Resetting a Ring Video Doorbell Elite to its factory default state will erase all its saved settings and preferences.

1. Remove the doorbell's faceplate then press and hold the reset button on the front of the camera for 15 seconds.
   

1. After releasing it, the ring light located on the front will flash a few times indicating the doorbell is restarting.
