How to Fix Basic Issues with eufy Smart Home Devices

Have your Eufy device nearby
2. Reboot
Remove the power cable from the back of the speaker.
Wait ten seconds.
Plug in the power cable.
Allow the speaker one minute to start up and reconnect.
3. Issue Check
Many simple issues with your Genie can be solved with simple checks or troubleshooting.
4. Re-Add Device
Open EufyHome.
Select the Add Device button in the top-right corner.
Select the Eufy device you'd like to add.
Carefully follow the instructions on screen to complete the setup of your Eufy Smart Home Device.

6. Reboot
Turn off the power, or unplug the lamp that your Lumos bulb is plugged into.
Wait ten seconds.
Turn the power back on, or plug back in the lamp.
Wait one minute for the Lumos bulb to re-connect automatically.
7. Issue Check
Many simple issues with your Lumos bulbs and Eufy Smart Plugs can be solved with simple checks or troubleshooting.
8. Power Check
In order to function, all smart bulb and smart plug products must have power.
Turning off the switch you'd normally use will cut power to the smart bulb or smart plug. Without power, it cannot function.
Make sure the power switch is turned on and/or your smart plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.
If the power was off or not fully plugged in, allow your smart bulb or smart plug one minute to re-connect.
To operate your lights and plugs, you should be using the app that came with your smart lights to turn on and off your lights, not the switch on the wall.
