How to Fix Distorted or No Picture on a TCL Smart TV

2. Picture and Sound Issues
Change the current channel to check the picture or sound of a different channel. If the picture and sound quality is poor on a specific channel only, there is a possibility that the signal strength of the network is poor.

4. Adjust Antenna
If the TV is connected to an indoor antenna, try to adjust or re-position the antenna until you get stronger signal strength.
5. Check Coaxial Cable
Make sure that the coaxial cable is firmly attached at the back of the TV and that there are no broken wires.

Press the Home button on your Roku TV remote.
Scroll up or down and select Settings.
