One of the main causes with the inability to get on the Internet is that your networking equipment could have malfunctioned. Sometimes performing a reboot will resolve this issue.
Your network may consist of one or more of the following networking devices:
Modem
This is the primary device used to get you on the Internet.
Has either a coaxial cable, fiber cable, or phone cord plugged into it.
Typically has 1 or 2 Ethernet ports which connect to a router.
Gateway
This is an all-in-one device that has both a modem and a router built in. It is a primary device used to get you on the Internet.
Has either a coaxial cable, fiber cable, or phone cord plugged into it.
Typically has 3 or 4 Ethernet ports which connect to a your computers and smart devices.
Typically has Wi-Fi built into it
Router
This device allows you to connect multiple devices to your Internet connection using a single external IP address.
Typically has 3 or 4 Ethernet ports which connect to a your computers and smart devices.
Typically has Wi-Fi built into it.
Switch
This device helps to extend the wired functionality of devices by providing your additional Ethernet ports.
These are typically plug and play.
This device is not a router.
Access Point
This device will provide wireless access to your existing network.
Used to extend the range of your network
Usually plugged into a router / gateway via Ethernet connection.
Range Extender
This device will extend the range of your existing WiFi network by rebroadcasting your WiFi network.
Standalone device plugged into a power source.
Usually located 15-30 feet from the router.
Next we will want to power cycle the networking devices.
If your preferred language is already selected, select English and sign out, then repeat the steps above.
Return to the device experiencing the issue and sign out and sign back in to save this setting.
Changing the language for your profile will also change the subtitle and dubbing options you see, putting your preferred language first on available titles.

12. WebOS or NetCast
There are two OS types on LG Smart TVs:

13. Uninstall Netflix Using webOS
Press the Home/Smart button on your remote to bring up your launcher.
Click the More Apps Button.
Go to the Netflix app, then click the upward arrow above it.
Click the Skull/x symbol.
Click Remove, then click OK to confirm the removal.
14. Install Netflix Using webOS
Press the Home/Smart button on your remote to bring up your launcher.
Click the More Apps Button.
Open the LG Content Store App.
Choose Premium.
Find Netflix in the LG Content Store, then choose Install.

16. Uninstall Netflix Using Netcast
Press the Home/Smart button on your remote, then select Premium Apps.
There are four colored buttons on your remote, press the Green button to access option.
Choose Deactivation to be signed out of Netflix. All saved login information will be erased.
Choose Initialization of Premium.
Choose Yes to continue.
Wait for the TV to restart.
17. Install Netflix Using Netcast
Press the Home/Smart button on your remote, then select Premium Apps.
Open Netflix, then Sign-in if the app requires it.
If there's an available update on your Premium Apps, your TV will download and install it automatically.

19. Reactivate Netflix
Deactivate
Launch the Netflix app.
Locate the arrow buttons on your remote.
Enter the following sequence: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up
Select Deactivate.
Reactivate
Launch the Netflix App if needed.
Select Member Sign In.

21. Uninstall Netflix
Press the Smart Hub or Home button from your remote.
Select APPS.
Select Settings.
Select Netflix.
Select Delete option.
Select Delete to confirm.
22. Install Netflix
Press the Smart Hub button from your remote.
Select Apps.
Search for the app you want to install by selecting Magnifying glass icon.
Type "Netflix", then select Done.
Select Download.
Once the download completes, select Open to use Netflix.

24. Uninstall Netflix
From the Home menu, select Google Play Store.
Select Settings.
Select My apps.
Choose Netflix.
Select Uninstall.
Select OK to confirm.
25. Install Netflix
From the Home menu, select Google Play Store.
Find Netflix through categories or by searching the app's name.
Select Netflix.
Select Install.
Select Accept to start the installation process.
After Netflix has installed it will appear on the Home menu.

27. Uninstall Netflix
Press the Home button on the remote control.
Go right then navigate to Netflix.
Press the Options button on Netflix.
Highlight Manage subscription and press OK.
Highlight Cancel subscription and press OK.
You will be informed for how long your subscription will last after you cancel it. Confirm your choice by highlighting Cancel subscription and pressing OK.
You will get a confirmation message that the subscription was cancelled. Press OK.
Whether you wish to remove Netflix right away or when the subscription expires, you have to press the Options button on the highlighted channel.
Highlight Remove channel and press OK.
Confirm your choice by highlighting Remove and pressing OK.
Netflix will be removed from your Roku TV.
28. Install Netflix
Press the Home button on the remote control.
Push Left < on your remote, select Streaming Channels.
Select Search Channels.
Search for Netflix, then push Right > on your remote.
Select Netflix.
Select Add channel.
A brief message will appear, letting you know Netflix is added to the end of your home screen, and you can move it using the Option * menu. Select OK.

30. Uninstall Netflix
Press the VIA key on the remote. Doing this will bring App Dock on the screen.
Highlight Netflix by scrolling with the remote control directional buttons.
Press the Yellow Button on the remote.
This will bring up options for Netflix, select Delete / Delete App then confirm.
31. Install Netflix
Press the VIA key on the remote.
Select CONNECTED TV STORE.
Choose All Apps.
Navigate through the list of Apps and press OK on Netflix to bring up the option to install it.
Select Install / Install App which is often located in the lower-left corner of the screen.

33. Reactivate Netflix
Use the Arrows on the Remote Control to navigate and highlight your choices then press OK to confirm them.
From the main screen, go into TV Settings and then select App Settings.
