How to Fix Source Not On Home Screen Element Roku TV

1. Introduction
When an external source (DVD, Blu-ray, Cable/Satellite, Game Console) is connected to your Element Smart TV, the on-screen interface will normally have an icon that represents each source. Sometimes these source icons can disappear and prevent you from selecting that source. This guide will walk you through resolving these issues with external sources.
2. Test Power
Verify PowerWe need to make sure the external source(DVD, Blu-ray, Cable/Satellite, Game Console) is turned on.
Push the Power button for your device.
If it did not turn on, check the plug and make sure it is plugged in.

4. Restart
Turn it off by pressing the Power button on the unit itself or on the remote.
Then unplug it from the power outlet.
Wait for 10 seconds.
Plug it back in then turn the TV back on from the Power button.
5. Add External Devices
To add or re-add an external device(DVD, Blu-ray, Cable/Satellite, Game Console) to your Element Roku Smart TV:
Press the Home button on your remote.
Select Settings then TV Inputs.
You'll see a screen saying "Let's connect your devices" Press OK to continue.
Please connect and turn on all external devices you want to add. Once done, select "Everything is plugged in and turned on". Press OK to continue.
The TV now takes you step-by-step through each of its inputs and asks what kind of device you have connected. On each input that has a connected and active device, you can see its picture and hear its sound.
Repeat for any additional devices.
You're all done! Press the Home button to go back to the main screen. Your external Devices should be at the top.
