Our next step is to try resetting your Roku to the factory default settings.
This will not harm your Roku, nor will it harm the various subscription services you use and pay for with your Roku. However, you will lose all the settings and customizations you've made to your Roku, such as channels installed, the order, etc.
Also, you will need to re-setup your Roku from the beginning. This includes the usernames, passwords, and other account information for your Roku account, and any premium streaming services you use with your Roku.
Before proceeding, make sure you have your Roku login information, as well as the login information of all premium services you use with your Roku.
8. Factory Reset
Push the Home button on your remote.
Select Settings.
Select System.
Select Advanced system settings.
Select Factory reset.
This is a safety and confirmation screen. Look carefully on the bottom right, you will see a 4-digit code listed. To continue with the factory reset, enter that 4 digit code using the number pad on the screen, then select OK at the bottom.
