Before We Begin:

• Have your smart phone or tablet available.
• Have your Comcast username and password.

2. OS Choice

To continue, we need to know what Operating System your smartphone or tablet has.

There are 2 main Operating Systems for smartphones currently available, Android and iOS.

Android SmartphoneiOS SmartphoneAndroid smartphones are produced by multiple companies, such as Samsung, LG, Motorola, HTC, and OnePlus.Apple is the only company that makes iOS smartphones.

3. Install App (Android)

1. Launch the Play Store on your smartphone.
   

1. Select the search bar at the top.
   

1. Type in Xfinity My Account, then select Xfinity My Account from the list.
   

1. Select Install.
   

4. Initial Setup

Getting started with the Xfinity My Account app is very similar on both Android and iOS devices.

If You're Using an Android Device

1. Open Xfinity My Account.
   

1. A licence agreement will be displayed. Carefully read the linked licence, and when you fully understand and agree, select Agree.
   

1. A series of welcome screens will be shown. Select Get Started.
   

1. Enter your Comcast username and password, then select Sign In.
   

If You're Using an Apple iOS Device

1. Open Xfinity My Account.
   

1. Xfinity My Account will ask for permission to send notifications, select Allow.
   

1. A series of welcome screens will be shown. Select Get Started.
   

1. You'll be asked to use your Xfinity account to sign in. Select Continue.
   

1. Enter your Comcast username and password, then select Sign In.

5. Install App (iOS)

1. Open the App Store.
   

1. Select Search in the bottom right corner.
   

1. Type in Xfinity My Account, and select Xfinity My Account from the list.
   

1. Select Get for Xfinity My Account.
