• Access to a computer with iTunes installed

• Comment out tools section if no tools are necessary

2. OS Choice

To continue, we need to know what Operating System your smartphone or tablet has.

There are 2 main Operating Systems for smartphones currently available, Android and iOS.

3. Install VLC (Android)

1. Open the Play Store, then select the Search Bar at the top.
   

1. Type in VLC, then select VLC for Android from the list.
   

1. Select Install.
   

4. Install VLC (iOS)

1. Open the App Store and select Search in the bottom right corner.
   

1. Type in VLC Media Player, and select Get for VLC Media Player in the list.
   

1. Select Get or Cloud Install for AppName.
   

1. Select Install.
