How to integrate Calendy to Office 365 of Outlook.com

2. Integration

Step 1: Visit your Calendar Connections page

From your Calendly account, select the Account menu, then select Calendar Connections from the dropdown.

Step 2: Select the calendar you'd like to connect:

  • If you haven't connected a calendar yet:
Next to Office 365 Calendar, select Connect.
  • If you've already connected a calendar:
You can add additional calendar accounts by selecting +Add Calendar Account.

You'll be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft Office 365 or Outlook.com account. Once authenticated, you'll be redirected back to the Calendar Connections page.

Step 3: Edit your calendar(s)

  1. In the Check for conflicts section, select Edit.
  1. Choose when Calendly shows you as unavailable:
Under Consider me unavailable when Office 365/Outlook.com shows me as, you can choose how you'd like Calendly to read the availability status you set in your Office 365 calendar. For more details on event statuses, view How Calendly reads your Office 365/Outlook.com calendar event status.
  1. Choose which calendars you'd like Calendly to check for conflicts:
By checking a calendar for conflicts, Calendly will see when you're busy and automatically remove busy times from your Calendly booking page.
  1. You can select up to 4 sub-calendars to check for conflicts.
  2. If you have more than 10 sub-calendars, note that Calendly will display the first 10 sub-calendars that Microsoft sends us.
  3. Calendly can only connect to calendars that you have permission to edit. If you have read-only access to an Office 365 calendar, Calendly cannot connect to it. For more details, view Microsoft's Share an Outlook Calendar with other people.
  1.
  2. In the Add to Calendar section, select Edit:

  1. Select the calendar you would like Calendly to add events to.
Note: You can only add events to one calendar per Calendly account.
  2. Under Sync Cancellations, choose if you'd like event cancellations on your Office 365 calendar to sync over to Calendly.
  1.
  2. If you don't select sync cancellations, any events you cancel on your calendar (and not through Calendly) will not show as canceled in Calendly.
  3. Sync cancellations only apply to you as a Calendly user. If an invitee deletes or declines an event on their calendar, the event will not show as canceled in Calendly.
