How to Pair Bluetooth Devices to Yamaha YHT-4930UBL

2. Range Check
The device needs to be within a reasonable range in order to connect.
In general, to pair and use a Bluetooth device (like a speaker, headset or smartwatch), the device needs to be within 10 feet of your computer or other device.
Some medium and higher-power devices can be farther, up to about 30 feet, but this tends to be for larger devices that plug in or have very large batteries, such as another computer, media streaming device, or a plug-in speaker system.
Try moving the Bluetooth device closer if you have trouble.
3. Pairing Mode
Press the Bluetooth button on the remote.
Hold the Memory button down on either the Remote Control or Front Panel for 3 seconds until Searching is displayed on the front panel.

Click the Action Center icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap on the All Settings tile after that.
Then go to Devices.
Select Bluetooth from the left-hand column and ensure the Bluetooth switch is in the On position to the right. Your Windows 10 device will become discoverable and start searching for devices.

Once the pairing process is complete, your Mac will automatically connect to the device whenever it is in range.

Click on the Input tab and then select the device you wish to be your default recording device.
