This guide will help you to resolve many basic issues you might encounter with your Samsung SmartThings Hub.
2. SmartThings Hub: Restart
- Press and release the red button on the back of the Hub.
- The LED will turn red, then go dark.
- When the Hub is back online the LED will turn green.
3. SmartThings Hub: Connection Check
- Check the Ethernet cable between your Hub and router.
- Make sure the Ethernet cable is firmly connected to both ports.
- On your Hub:
