1. Introduction

This guide will help you set up your GoPro HERO7 action camera for the first time.

Things You'll Need:

• Rechargeable battery
• USB-C charging cable
• Micro SD memory card

Before You Begin:

You must have the GoPro app installed

• Launch How to Pair a GoPro HERO7 Black with the GoPro App

In the Box You'll Find:

2. Rechargeable battery

3. Basic Setup

1. Locate the Power/Mode button on the side of the camera and press it to turn it on.

2. On the touchscreen, swipe through the languages and select your preference then tap on the checkmark on the top right corner.

3. To continue, you have to Agree with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

4. Choose whether you want the GPS feature to be turned On or left Off.

5. Next Connect Camera to the cellphone.

6. Now choose a name for the GoPro and Click on Confirm New Name.

7. Now click on Update Camera to install the updates.

8. Then it will transfer the update to the camera. You'll notice the camera reboot a few times.

9. You'll be notified when the setup is compete. Tap on Done and you're all set.
