1. Introduction

Want to display the photos from your iOS device on your Apple TV? This guide will walk you through the steps necessary to get your iOS device connected to your Apple TV, and wirelessly stream photos onto your TV screen.

Here's what you need:

  • An Apple TV 4K or Apple TV (4th generation) with tvOS 11
  • An iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 11 or later or a Mac with macOS High Sierra

2. AirPlay

  1. Open the app you'd like to stream from on your iOS device.
  2. Tap Airdrop or Airplay. In some apps, like Photos, tap the Share button.
