1. Introduction
The Under Armour Fitness Band (or "UA Band" as it is typically referred to), made by HTC, allows you to monitor your sleep, daily activity level, and workout intensity and then upload the results to the free UA Record app. In this guide, we will go over how to setup your UA Band with your mobile device using the UA Record app, which is currently the only way to get your data from the device itself.
2. Setup UA Record App
Launch the UA Record app from the home screen.
Select Log In or Get Started if you do not already have an existing Under Armour account connected to social media.
If you have just created an account, the app will ask you some basic questions regarding your fitness goals and desired uses for the UA Record app. Answer these according to your own personal preferences.
Upon completion, you will be presented with the main screen of the UA Record app.
3. Pair with UA Record
Ensure that your mobile device's Bluetooth feature is turned ON.
Place your UA Band near your mobile device (within 10 feet).
Launch the UA Record app on your mobile device.
From the main screen of the UA Record app, select UA Sync.
Select UA Band from the device list.
Select Connect.
Follow the on-screen instructions. Select Continue.
The UA Record app will begin searching for and ultimately pair with your UA Band.
Your UA Band should now be paired and is ready to use with UA Record on your mobile device. Syncing will take place automatically with the UA Record app as long as Bluetooth is turned ON on your mobile device and the UA Band is in-range (within 10 feet).
