How to troubleshoot Logitech Harmony Pro, Elite, Ultimate, Ultimate One or Touch remotes

Harmony Pro, Elite, Ultimate, Ultimate One, or Touch remotes may be rebooted by pressing and holding the Off button at the top of the remote for approximately 15 seconds

 If this does not resolve the issue we recommend performing a factory reset of the remote

3. Factory Reset

Uninstall and reinstall by downloading your configuration again using the Harmony app

 

  1. Press and hold both the Menu button (located above Channel Up) and the Off button for approximately 20 seconds. You will see a remote with a circular arrow.
  2. Sign in to your account using the desktop software.
  3. Connect the remote to your computer using the supplied USB cable.
  4. Select your remote from the Remote Gallery.
  • Harmony Ultimate One or Touch: Press Sync in the upper right corner.
  • Harmony Elite or Ultimate: Press Remote and hub troubleshooting
