How to Update a SkyStream One Android TV Box

1. Introduction

How to update your Skystream One.

What you need before you start:

  • Skystream One should have an Internet connection (wired or wireless).

2. Updating the SkystreamTV Update Program

  1. After Skystream One is connected to your network, it will prompt to check for update. Select YES.

  2. If update is available, select INSTALL UPDATE.

  2. Once the update is downloaded, select INSTALL.
  3. The update will take a few minutes to install.
  4. Select OPEN to open the SkystreamTV Update app.
  5. Select CONTINUE.

  2. Skystream TV update will open.
  3. A list of Skystream updaters will be presented. Updaters are programs that will automatically find and install updates for the specified application. You only need to install the updater once and then you can forget about it. For example, installing the "Skystream TV KODI Updater without Adult Add-Ons - Family Friendly" will keep the family friendly version of KODI updated going forward.

  2. Select the updater you would like to install by clicking the INSTALL button.
  3. Once the updater is downloaded and installed, the application will launch and be ready to use.

Steps:

  1. Go to Homescreen using your remote.
  2. Select Skystream TV Update. If the Skystream TV update app is not on the homescreen it will be located in All Apps or My Apps.
