2. Update Firmware

1. Launch the browser that you use to go online.
   

1. Navigate to tplinkrepeater.net and login with the admin credentials set on your range extender.
   

1. In the range extender's web interface click or tap System Tools in the left side menu.

2. Then select Firmware Upgrade from the drop down menu.

2. On the right side under the Online Upgrade heading, click or tap Check for upgrade.

2. If a new firmware version is found, its details will be displayed. Click Upgrade to start the update process.
3. Wait for the update process to complete. The range extender will reboot automatically.
4. Your range extender is now up to date.
