1. Tune 115: What's in the Box

Please make sure the product came with everything in the box:

2. Tune 115: First Time Pairing

When the Guest first unboxes this item, everything will be separate. The Guest must first place the earbuds into the charging case.

With the charging case facing toward the Guest, the left earbud will go in the left receptacle and the right one on the right:

The earbuds should be placed into the charging case with the LED lights facing towards each other. Failure to charge them correctly could damage them.

To pair them, have the Guest remove the RIGHT earbud from the charging case. There will be an LED on it that will blink white and blue. That means it's in pairing mode.

Next, have the Guest access their Bluetooth settings and select the JBL Tune from the list of available connections:

Finally, remove the left earbud from the case

 

 

3. VIBE Tune

Your best bet is to advise Guest of protection plans/Spare USB cables available at Target

 

Make sure the guest has all the cables, cases, accessories, and necessary equipment to get the most out of their purchase!

Remind the guest that with Target Red Card they save 5% and get an additional 30 days to return their product.

4. Tune 115: Manual Connection

Again, have the Guest try to manually power off and power on the right earbud, leaving the left earbud in the case.

See if it shows up in the list of available Bluetooth connections.

If not, advise the Guest that they may need to charge them in the case for around 2 hours before connection can be made. Most times, devices come with just enough charge for first time pairing but if they've been sitting on the shelf for a while that charge may be gone.

Advise Guest that if they still cannot connect after charging they should exchange them at the nearest local store or contact Online Order Experience for a return.
