This is a 360 degree horizontal/118 degree vertical view camera. It should be placed somewhere either high up or centrally in the room in an unobtrusive spot where it can pan everywhere. Here is a chart with the basic functions:

First, the Guest must download the Kasa App from either google play or apple app store. Once it is opened, have the Guest tap 'Log In':
Next, the Guest must follow the on screen instructions and log into their newly created TP-Link account. Once logged in, they will touch the
button and select Kasa Spot Pan Tilt from the list:
Next, the Guest will plug in the camera and follow the on-screen instructions to get it connected to the WiFi:
Once that's done, the camera is basically set up!

Camera feed can be viewed from either the app home page or the camera page:
The Guest can receive alerts from the camera if they set it up in the camera settings page. Another useful setting is the motion tracking which will make the camera follow anything that moves:

The first thing to do would be to factory reset the camera and try to set it up again. The reset button is located on the underside of the camera lens - the Guest must hold it for 15 seconds to initiate the factory reset.
